SMART FOLDERS

Smart Folders automatically pull in items based on criteria you specify. Criteria can include keywords, dates, colors, or any other database field.

A Smart Folder can also change an item's color, status, date, or any other value in database field. A Smart Folder can even move an item from one database to another.

With Smart Folders you can design a database that performs a wide variety of information management tasks for you automatically.

Every Zoot database has a number of built-in Smart Folders to get you started and you can create your own Smart Folders as the need arises.
