When you create a new item using the Zooter, you do not have the opportunity to select a folder in which to create the new item, so Zoot must select a default folder for you. When you create an item from a Web page, the item is given the Web Page item type (icon) and is created in the Web Pages folder, because this is the first Web Page type folder in your database Folder Tree.
