View Folder Assignments

Each item in a database can be assigned to as many as 25 different folders. To view a list of the folders to which an item is assigned, click the Assign button on the toolbar.

You may also use one of these methods:

Add a Folder Assignments Column

To view folder assignments using the Favorites Method:

1. On the toolbar click the Favorites button and choose Related Folders from the pop-up menu.

2. Zoot displays an extended menu listing all of the folders to which the selected item is assigned. If you select a folder from this menu, Zoot immediately displays that folder.

To view folder assignments using The Clear Assignments Method:

1. On the toolbar right click [-] button located next to the Assign button.

2. Zoot displays a pop-up menu listing all of the folders to which the selected item is assigned. If you select a folder from this menu, Zoot immediately clears that folder assignment.

To view folder assignments in a column:

1. Click the Smart button and choose Columns from the pop-up menu.

2. Click the Add button and choose Folder Assignments from the Frequently Used menu.
