Create Daily Folders for New Arrivals
Check this box and Zoot creates a New Arrivals folder each day. Any new items created behind the scenes (by clipping, copying, etc.) will be placed in this New Arrivals folder.
Create Daily Folders for Quick Queries
By default, when you run a Quick Query and double-click on an item in the search results box, Zoot displays the item in the folder in which it was last viewed. Check this box and Zoot will create a daily folder in which to display the item.
Show Full Folder Path in Status Bar
Zoot displays the name of the active folder and its parent folder in parenthesis in the Status Bar located just above the Item Grid. Check this box and Zoot will display the full path of the active folder.
Pop-up Folder Tree on Copy/Move Item
Check this box and Zoot will pop-up the Folder Tree whenever you copy or move an item from one database to another, thereby giving you the chance to assign folders in the process.
Fully Expand Pop-up Folder Tree
Check this box and Zoot will fully expand the pop-up Folder Tree so that you can see the full hierarchy of folders.
Save Pane Configuration in Custom Views
Click the Panes button on the toolbar and you can change the way window panes are arranged. Zoot will remember the pane configuration and store it with the active view if this box is checked, otherwise the pane configuration will default to Tall Tree.
Caret ^ Prefix Excludes from Rules
When examining a document to determine if it matches a folder rule, Zoot will ignore a match if the search term is preceded by a caret. For example, if you have a folder rule that pulls in items with the word "rabbit" and you are want to include the word rabbit in a document without having the item automatically assigned to the Rabbit folder, type "^rabbit" instead of "rabbit" and Zoot will ignore the item.
Limit Item Grid to 1000 Items
If a folder holds more than 1000 items, Zoot displays only the first 1000 items in the Item Grid. This speeds up the load time.
