You organize the information in a database by creating folders in the Folder Tree. The Folder Tree lists the folders in a database in a hierarchical tree. When you click on a folder in the Folder Tree, Zoot displays the items in that folder in the Item Grid.
An item can be assigned to more than one folder without creating a copy of the item. For instance, an item might be assigned to the New Entries folder, the Recent Entries folder, the New Tasks folder and the Hot List folder. Each folder you assign an item to represents a different context or subset in which to view the item.
