When you click the Assign button on the toolbar, Zoot displays the Folder Assignments Dialog.
The Folder Assignments Dialog lets you assign an item to one or more folders. You can also rename your item and assign categories. As you can see, this item has been assigned to 5 different folders, New Entries, Recent Entries, New Memo, Memos and Hot List.
