From Zoot's main menu, choose Tools | Clean Up to access a variety of commands useful for cleaning up your database. The Clean Up menu lets you find and remove duplicate items, find and replace text across all items in a database, rename items en masse, and strip out garbage text from item documents.
Tip: To clean up the document text of individual items, right-click on the Item Editor and choose Strip Out from the pop-up menu.
