When you synchronize Zoot with Outlook, each item in your Zoot database will include a shortcut to its corresponding Outlook item, so that you can quickly access the Outlook item while working in Zoot. When you launch an Outlook item from Zoot, the two items are immediately synchronized, with the exception of Mail items. The synchronization of Outlook Mail items is essentially a one-way transfer process, since Mail items represent static documents which are not intended to be modified after being sent to their recipient.
