Quick Query
Click the [?] button to toggle between Quick Query and Quick Filter.
Search Scope
Click the [Oo] button to limit the scope of a Quick Query to certain item types or fields.
Query
Click the Query button to open the Advanced Query Dialog. Right-click the Query button to open the Global Query Dialog. Click the DownArrow [v] next to the Query button to access a pop-up menu of frequently used queries.
Smart
Make a folder smarter by creating rules and actions, modifying column, sorting and display characteristics of the active view or filtering the contents of a folder for display in the Item Grid.
Assign
Open the Folder Assignments Dialog. The [+] and [-] buttons next to the Assign button let you quickly assign folders to an item or clear existing folder assignments.
Favorites
Access the Favorite Folders pop-up menu.
Folder History
Move backward and forward through recently visited folders.
Refresh
Refresh the contents of the Item Grid.
Stop
Stop the Item Grid from loading.
Next/Previous
Move to the next/previous item in the Item Grid.
