Never Modify Outlook Items on Sync
Check this box if you want all synchronization between Zoot and Outlook to be unidirectional Outlook --> Zoot. This setting overrides all other settings and applies to all databases and all Outlook item types.
Store Sent Items in a Separate Database
By default Zoot synchronizes the Outlook Sent Items folder with a separate Sent Items database instead of combining all incoming and outgoing e-mail in the Mail database. This keeps the size of the Mail database down. Uncheck this box if you want Sent Items stored in the Mail database instead of a separate database.
Save Incoming E-Mail Attachments to Disk
Check this box and Zoot will save Outlook e-mail file attachments to disk when you synchronize. The attachments are stored in folders under ...\Zoot Files\Storage\Attachments.
Save Outgoing E-Mail Attachments to Disk
Check this box and Zoot will save Outlook e-mail file attachments to disk when you synchronize with the Outlook Sent Items folder. The attachments are stored in folders under ...\Zoot Files\Storage\Attachments.
Place E-mail Address Before Sender Name
Check this box if you want e-mail addresses formatted as Name <EmailAddress> instead of the reverse <EmailAddress> Name.
Create Shortcuts to E-mail Replies
When you reply to an e-mail, Zoot creates a shortcut to the reply so that you can quickly launch the reply message. Uncheck this box to disable this behavior.
Use HTML Format for E-mail Replies
Check this box if you want E-mails replies to be created in HTML format rather than text format.
Use HTML Format for E-Z Updates
Check this box if you want E-Z Update e-mails to be created in HTML format. An E-Z Update is an e-mail message Zoot creates with a .ZIP file attachment which contains one or more database updates used during e-mail synchronization.
Process E-Z Updates on Sync
Check this box if you want Zoot to initiate a database synchronization when it encounters an E-Z Update during mail synchronization. If unchecked, you'll have to initiate the synchronization yourself by importing the attached .ZIP file (drop it onto the Zooter icon to import it).
Sync Deleted Outlook Items
Check the box for Mail Items, Contact Items, Calendar Items, Task Items, Journal Items, Note Items if you want Zoot to delete corresponding items during synchronization. By default, synchronization will process deleted items for all item types except Mail items.
