Include Original Message in E-mail Replies
Check this box if you want the original message quoted in your e-mail replies. The original message (or any portion of the message you've highlighted) will appear each line prefixed with a > character.
On Reply to E-Mail Mark Items 'Reply Sent'
Check this box and Zoot will change the <Status> property to 'Reply Sent' whenever you reply to an e-mail.
Make E-mail Message Body Read-only
Check this box if you want Zoot to prevent any editing changes to the document portion of the Mail items in your database.
