Toggle Quick Rules on and off. When Quick Rules is on, Zoot creates a folder rule using the folder name of any folder you create or rename.
New Folder
Create a new folder in the Folder Tree.
Move Up
Move up one level in the Folder Tree.
Expand/Collapse
Expand or collapse the Folder Tree.

Hide the Folder Tree. To show the Folder Tree, either click an empty space on the Status bar or choose View | Folder tree from Zoot's main menu.
