Drag and Drop

Using drag and drop you can:

Copy, move or assign items to folders.

·

Copy or move items or folders from one database to another.

·

Copy or move text from one part of the Item Editor to another.

·

Create new items from selected text in the Item Editor

Dragging a source object with the LEFT mouse button and dropping it onto a destination object causes that object to be MOVED. Dragging a source object with the RIGHT mouse button and dropping it onto a destination object causes a pop-up menu to be displayed offering a number of alternative choices. For instance, if you drag an item with your right mouse button and drop the item onto a folder, Zoot displays a pop-up menu offering the choice to Copy, Move or Assign the item to that folder.
