Remove White Space From New Clippings
Check this box if you want Zoot to remove blank space between paragraphs and flow document text so that it runs smoothly from left margin to right.
Format Titles in Sentence Case
Check this box if you want Zoot to capitalize the first letter of each word when automatically naming new items.
Show 'None' in Empty Grid Cells
Check this box if you want Zoot to place the word 'None' in any empty Item Grid cells. If unchecked, the cells will appear blank.
Show Preview of Items in Quick Query
Check this box if you want Zoot to display the first few lines of text when running a Quick Query. If unchecked, Zoot displays only an item's Subject line.
Show Preview of Items in Zooter Dialog
Same as above, only this option applies to the Zooter Find and Insert commands.
Prefix Text with > on Zooter | New
When you highlight text before using the Zooter | New command, Zoot includes the text in your new item. Check this box and Zoot will prefix each line of text with a > character.
Sort Completed Items Last
Check this box and Zoot will sort completed items so that they appear at the bottom of the Item Grid regardless of any other sorting you may have chosen.
Save Last Cursor Position in Item Editor
Check this box and Zoot will return the cursor to where it was when you last edited an item. If unchecked Zoot will always place the cursor at the top of the document.
