Delete Shortcuts

You can delete individual shortcuts in a shortcut collection by opening Shortcuts Manager and using the commands available there, but sometimes it is useful to delete an item's entire shortcut collection.


To delete an item's entire collection of shortcuts, follow these steps:

1. In the Item Grid, select the item or group of items whose shortcut collections you want to delete.

2. Right click on the selected items and choose Clear | All Shortcuts from the pop-up menu.

You should use this command with caution as you will be deleting not one single shortcut, but the item's entire collection of shortcuts. If you select multiple items in the Item Grid you'll delete the shortcut collection for every selected item.


You can also delete an entire shortcut collection while in Shortcuts Manager:

1. Click the big (Z) button to open Shortcuts Manager.

2. Choose File | Delete All from the menu.
