Copy or Move a Folder to Another Database

You can copy or move a folder from one database to another. You will have the option of transferring the items in the selected folder also.


To copy or move a folder to another database, follow these steps:

1. Select the folder(s) you want to copy or move.

2. Right-click and choose SendTo | Copy/Move from the pop-up menu. Zoot displays a list of databases. Choose the database to which you want your folder transferred.

3. Zoot displays an Options Dialog. Here you choose whether or not to transfer any items in the folder along with the folder. You may also choose to transfer the view currently associated with the selected folder. Click OK to continue.

Zoot transfers your folder to the selected database. Zoot transfers any rules and/or actions associated with the folder you select.
