Copy a Smart Folder

Instead of creating a folder with complex rules and actions from scratch, it may be easier to make a copy of an existing folder and then edit that folders rules and actions.


To copy a folder along with its rules and actions within a given database, follow these steps:

1. Drag the folder using your RIGHT mouse button and drop it anywhere in the Folder Tree.

2. Zoot displays a pop-up menu. Choose Copy Here and Zoot creates a new folder.

The new folder will feature rules and actions identical to the original. Simply edit them as needed.
