New Item
Create a new item in the active folder. If the active folder is a typed folder, the new item will be of that type. If the active folder is not typed, Zoot uses the default type for the active database.
New Item from Template
Create a new item based on a template. Zoot will display a list of templates available for the active database.
New Linked Task/Appointment/Journal/Other
Create a new Task/Appointment/Journal or other item type that is linked by shortcut to the active item.
New Mail Message
Create a new e-mail message using your default e-mail application.
New Letter in Word Processor
Create a new letter in your default word processor. If a Contact item is currently active, or if you've selected text in the Item Editor, Zoot adds the text to the new document.
Launch Link
Launches the active File Link or URL.
Dial Number
Opens the Dialer Dialog. If a Contact item is currently active, or if you've selected a valid phone number in the Item Editor, the dialer will be ready to dial.
Set Date
Opens the Date Dialog, which lets you set a variety of date-related properties all at once. You can access the Reminder and Recurrence Dialogs from the Date Dialog.
Set Reminder
Opens the Reminder Dialog so that you can set a reminder for the active item.
Set Recurrence
Opens the Recurrence Dialog so that you can set recurrence properties for the active item.
Find and Assign
Lets you find an item and assign it to the active folder without leaving the active folder.
